The Studio, Pitzhanger Manor House & Gallery
Preview: Wednesday 7 January 2015, 6-9pm
Open: 18 Dec 2014 – 10 Jan 2015

Join us for a special late night opening Wednesday 7th January, 6-9pm marking the end of the programme of exhibitions before closure for a major three year restoration project.

Artists: Derrick Bradfield, Charlie Coffey, Kevina Khan, Karen Le Roy Harris, Anne Ninivin, Marcus Orlandi, Andy Owen, Nicola Ransom, Zoe Schoenherr, Katy Wallwork

This final exhibition in The Studio showcases the artistic talents and skills of the staff at Pitzhanger Manor, most of whom are practising artists. Covering painting, drawing, collage, photography, film, sculpture and installation, the works on display touch on a number of subjects including  female identity and the human form, architecture, history and nature. However, inherent in many of the works is the theme of transformation – there is a sense of something changing and evolving, reflecting Pitzhanger Manor itself as we embark on a major three-year restoration project.

In the exhibition I feature my installation ‘The Escape’ and latest collage ‘Sisters’.

Also on show in the main gallery: Crossing the field: WW1, Football & the Christmas Truce.
